On July 16, 2021, Steven Whittick, former Treasurer of the Law Enforcement Employees Benevolent Association (LEEBA) pled guilty before US District Judge Castel to conspiring to evade more than $250, 000 in federal taxes, including payroll taxes owed by LEEBA and personal taxes as well as lying to federal officers during the course of the investigation in this case. The open competitive civil service exam for Probation Officer that was postpone last year re-opened for filing applications . The application period commenced on June 2, 2021 and will close on June 22, 2021.
You can file your applicant in DCAS OASys 2.0 system; click here for instructions on how to create a profile if you do not have one created. Also, when filing your application, please be sure that you click the key for final submit in order for your application to be processed.
