Everyone at UPOA is deeply saddened by the passing of Mayor David Dinkins. Mayor Dinkins shared with us a deep commitment to justice, service and keeping New York City safe. As NYC's first Black Mayor, he helped pave a path that so many of us follow. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
